Villa La Maison Sur Le Port, also known as WV EST, is a 4-bedroom villa (with additional small 5th bedroom) located in Gustavia within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

This newly-renovated villa is built on 2 levels and is decorated with soft-colored fabrics.

On the main level is a large air-conditioned living area, which is furnished with pale blue sofas that face the pool and terrace. The living area opens to an indoor dining area with a large wooden table that seats 10, and a gourmet kitchen with a large dark granite counter and flat-screen TV.

Opposite the dining area is the elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom also opens ontothe pool and terrace.

Four bedrooms are located on the upper level: two of these have ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds,while the third bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. A fourth, smaller bedroom on this level is perfectfor staff or children and is available upon request - this bedroom has a single bed and shares a bathroom with the twin-bedded room.

A terrace with loungers surrounds the pool. Located adjacent to the pool is a gazebo with an outside dining table and gas barbecue. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi and Internet access, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa WV EST comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.

Our trip was excellent. Villa EST worked very well for our group, it was very nice to be able to walk everywhere in town and the villa was spacious and comfortable. We look forward to working with WIMCO again as well.
