Villa Serenity House, also known as IE SER, is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in Grace Bay/Beachside within steps of the beach, and a short walk from restaurants and shopping. This spacious, 2-level villa is surrounded by colorful tropical foliage in a large and private garden.

The great room features a wet bar and separate TV room. A guest powder room is located off the great room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the covered patio with an outdoor dining area facing the beach. The indoor, formal dining room accommodates 12 guests and adjoins a beautifully outfitted gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar.

The upper level has 2 master suites with king-size beds and ocean views. Both the third and fourth bedrooms overlook the front gardens. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed. The lower level contains an additional 2 bedrooms, which face the front garden. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed, while the other has twin beds.

A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, which can be heated for an additional fee. The house also has high-speed Internet, a gas grill, cable TV, and metered air-conditioning.

Villa Serenity House, or IE SER, comes with mid-week house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

A very relaxing vacation! Turks & Caicos was very nice, an extremely easy island to navigate with wonderful topography and people. We actually thought it was better than Grace Bay. A spot we enjoyed was Turtle Cove - nice marinara, beach, restaurants and snorkeling. Chalk Sound was also very peaceful and beautiful. There was a very good restaurant a short walk from our villa that we really enjoyed. We’ve traveled a few of the islands and by far Turks & Caicos is the best!

We had a wonderful time in Turks & Caicos and the villa was perfect for us. We are still deciding what vacations to take next year and may consider returning!
