Situated on the edge of a nature reserve, this hillside gem offers peerless privacy and sweeping views of the islands Île Toc Vers and Île Frégate.

Inside is spacious, tranquil, and luxurious. Worldly and tasteful déco enhances the soothing atmosphere, from a large Buddha statue in the great room to artful pieces of reclaimed wood. But the real star of the show at this villa is the stunning vista over St. Barts, taking in the undulating hills, rugged coastline, and sparkling ocean.

A few minutes away by car is the beach at St-Jean, where striking turquoise water laps at a soft white shore. Also within easy driving distance is the capital city of Gustavia, home to word class restaurants and shops.

Living Spaces: A large and airy great room is at the heart of Villa Diamond, consisting of the living room and a large kitchen. The entire wall opens to the outdoor terrace, making the entire space feel as if it’s part of the outside.

Nestled in the corner is a soft leather sofa, where you can enjoy the views or simply kick back and relax. From this vantage point, the soft sea breezes might just lull you asleep.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Diamond Villa is a foodie’s dream. Sleek cabinetry hides away the high-end appliances, while the views will inspire you to experiment with local flavors. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

The large kitchen island also doubles as a breakfast bar, with five stools lining the bench. It’s a great spot for an espresso and some pastries in the morning. An outdoor dining table with seating for up to 8 guests is a magnificent setting for more formal meals, toasting to your island vacation with a bottle of French wine, gourmet food, and ocean views.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms at Villa Diamond are on either end of the great room, ensuring privacy between guests. Creamy neutral color schemes combine with light wooden hues, creating a contemporary feel. King-sized beds in both promise a fabulous night’s sleep.

Doors lead onto the outdoor terrace in both rooms, with screens letting you fall asleep with the gentle breeze without the worry of insects finding their way inside. Both rooms also come with spacious ensuites, with rainfall showers and double vanities.

Outdoor Features: The spacious outdoor living area features plenty of space to lounge about in the Caribbean sun. Immediately next to the dining table is an outdoor lounge, offering a great spot for an evening cocktail hour or aperitif.

Sunseekers will love the loungers on either side of the pool, overlooking the hills rolling down to meet the coast at St-Jean. If things get too hot, it’s as easy as slipping into the pool to cool off, the infinity-edge seemingly spilling over into the palm trees below.

The beach at St-Jean is a few minutes away by car. Elegant beach bars and restaurants line the shore, offering a slice of the good life in St. Barts. Further afield, Lorient Beach is a only 5-minute drive away.
