Villa Iris, also known as WV CIO, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Grand Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. Designed by architect Allem Nefra, this villa offers sweeping views of the landscape and ocean.

This house has a modern layout with a central living and dining area, which is flanked by bedrooms on either side. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area open to the front deck with a pool and deck with several lounge areas.

Each air-conditioned bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and large, sliding screen doors which allows each bedroom to completely open to the outside deck and view.

A wooden deck with loungers lies adjacent to the pool. The house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa WV CIO comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

The villa is really sharp and new with fantastic doors that open fully onto a deck and pool area. The deck and pool have an excellent view over Gran Cul de Sac and Petit Cul de Sace.
