Welcome to Villa Conched Out (booking code: TNC COO), a grand 7-bedroom villa located on Long Bay Beach, Providenciales. Boasting stunning ocean views and located just steps from the white sand, this Caribbean palace promises a blissful vacation in Turks and Caicos.

This villa features classic colonial era design. Throughout the property, a rustic ocean décor sets the mood, featuring dark teak details and beautiful reclaimed furnishings.

Outside, expansive living spaces let you soak up the gorgeous Caribbean weather at your leisure. Sunny terraces and shaded lounges provide plenty of places to unwind, while the rooftop terrace offers an ideal vantage point for sunset cocktails. Beachfront holidays don’t come much better than this.

Living Space: As you enter Villa Conched Out, you’re greeted with the spacious great room, the heart of the property. Candlelit chandeliers and tropical ceiling fans hover above a comfortable sitting area and dining room, while the kitchen is tucked away behind a classic arched doorway.

After long days in the sun, you’ll love sinking into the three ritzy sofas in the living room to unwind. Throwing open the doors to the outdoor terrace lets the cool sea breeze in, lulling you into a state of relaxation. A sea chest-turned-cabinet hides away a flat-screen TV, perfect for a low-key movie night.

Dining Room and Kitchen: Long, social dinners can be enjoyed at the dining table, with enough space for 8 guests. With views out towards the Caribbean, you can dine while watching twilight settling over the island and ocean outside.

In the spacious kitchen, chef-caliber appliances make cooking a breeze. Cabinets clad in a dark, tropical wood echo the hull of a ship, giving this room a distinctive ocean-faring feel. Private chefs are also available through our concierge service, letting you kick back to watch the sunset while a festive Caribbean banquet is prepared for you.

Bedrooms: There are 7 bedrooms spread across Villa Conched Out, with fresh and natural décor contrasting with more dark teak furnishings. Lavish beds and plush armchairs make each and every room an excellent setting to relax in the evenings after a day exploring the island.

Four bedrooms are located on the main level, featuring fabulous ocean views. Three enjoy palatial king-sized beds and unique ensuites featuring beautiful stonework. The 4th bedroom has a pair of twin beds (although it can be furnished with another king on request) and a bathroom across the hall.

Three more bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with a queen-sized bed. Two are ensuite, while the third has its own bathroom across the hall. This level also has its own kitchenette and sitting area, perfect for more understated cooking and dining.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside the great room brings you onto the generous outdoor living area. Underneath the villa’s awnings is another dining table, an excellent setting for alfresco meals in balmy weather. Comfortable lounges in the shade let you soak up the tropical breeze with a good book, while sunbeds lining the pool encourage basking in the island sun.

The luxurious infinity pool is perfect for refreshing dips during the heat of the day, cooling off as you gaze uninterrupted over the shimmering turquoise ocean. The water will no doubt drawn you down onto the beach, where white sand stretches for miles in either direction.

Long Bay Beach is one of Provo’s more relaxed beaches. Just a short drive away you’ll find a handful of charming restaurants, shops and watersport sheds offering a chance for a day of fun with some kitesurfing, kayaking, or jet skiing.

Amenities: Thoughtful details make a stay at Villa Conched Out a pleasant one. The property also has Wi-Fi, gated entry, a gas grill, air-conditioning, and a sea kayak. A daily house cleaning service is also included – contact your villa specialist for more details.

Please note that the caretaker’s apartment is located on the lower level of Villa Conched Out. Its separate access via the garage ensures the utmost privacy for guests. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

Turks & Caicos was amazing. We could not of asked for a better villa. The house manager was very welcoming and available whenever needed, and we had a chef cook 2 nights during the week which was fantastic! We also enjoyed the Sonos sound system.
