Located high in the hills above the bay, this property offers views of the ocean and offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme.

Chic and modern, Villa View Point is all about sophisticated island stays. Airy, open-plan spaces flow from the inside out, while the entire home enjoys those stunning views. The calming island décor is minimalist and thoughtful, and the location is incredible.

Just a few minutes by car downhill is Lorient Beach, the water dotted with surfers. The village is also home to a handful of grocery stores, a bakery, and the famous JoJo Burger. Even more restaurants and shops are available in St-Jean, just 5-minutes away by car.

Living Spaces: A large main room includes the living room, dining table, and kitchen. Opening fully on one side to the outdoor terrace, the entire space is cooled by the gentle island breeze.

The living room features a soft sofa nestled into the corner, an ideal spot to curl up with a good book and relax. An entertainment unit separates the space from the dining room, with a special double TV that lets you watch from either side. However, the real star of the show is the horizon outside, where the sun glints off the Caribbean sea.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Stylish, modern, and well-equipped, the kitchen at View Point Villa can handle any culinary challenge. To make things easy, our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service.

Between the kitchen and living room is the elegant dining room table. With seating for 8 on rustic, mismatched chairs, it’s a stylish spot for dinner parties during your stay.

Bedrooms: The design of Villa View Point was done in a way so that the views are the star attraction. As such, each of the 4 bedrooms in the property enjoys a stunning vista over the water.

The first bedroom is in a separate bungalow near the entrance, with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with a shower that enjoys those stunning views. The second and third bedrooms are accessible via the hallway behind the living room, both of which have ensuites and dressing rooms. The third bedroom also enjoys the use of a private terrace.

Descending to the lower floor of View Point Villa reveals the fourth bedroom, a spacious and private suite. It has a large terrace in front, its own indoor seating area, and a huge dressing area and ensuite. All bedrooms have a plush European king-sized bed.

Outdoor Features: The living room opens to the deck, stretching the length of the villa with various options to relax and unwind.

The infinity pool stretches towards the edge of the terrace, offering uninterrupted views over Lorient. An in-water bench seat is ideal for sunning yourself while staying cool in the water. Otherwise, loungers underneath parasols line the water.

To one side of the pool is a comfortable lounge area. Throwing a cocktail party here will be the highlight of any trip; from this vantage point, the sunsets are incredible. Toasting to your island vacation while golden light falls across the rugged coast and sparkling bays is a sight you won’t soon forget.

When the beach is calling, it’s only a few minutes away. Lorient Bay is well known for its surf, with a beautiful swell to the left. To the right side of the beach is calmer, with the gentle tide lapping at a wide sandy shore. It’s an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling.

Also within easy driving distance are the beaches at St-Jean and Marigot Bay, both just 5-minutes away by car.

Amenities: Incredible design and attention to detail make for an excellent stay at Villa View Point. This property also comes with fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a fitness room, and U.S. and French satellite TV channels.

Villa Viewpoint in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
