Luxurious, elegant, and modern, the interiors of Villa Sea are sublime. Cool and bright, the spacious and open plan design flows from one space to another, each room with an enticing view of the Caribbean. This newly transformed villa is steps from the secluded white-sand beach with spectacular ocean vistas. A popular choice for A-list celebrities, this villa is ideal for families, weddings, and even corporate events. As the largest of a trio of sister villas, Villa Sea can either be rented individually or as part of a larger, luxurious beachfront estate.

Living Spaces: Cool and tranquil, you’ll immediately feel like you belong as you step inside Villa Sea . Elegant pillars and arches add a Mediterranean touch to the open-plan design, with a great room home to the living area, dining table, and kitchen.

The airy living room is an ideal place to entertain with its full entertainment center and custom furnishings. Whether you’re settling in for a champagne hour or watching a movie, this is a fantastic setting.

Kitchen and Dining Room: At the other end of the great room is Villa Sea’s contemporary kitchen. Well equipped, you’ll have everything you need to whip up gourmet meals during your stay. The concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

A center island and breakfast bar is a nice perch for a morning espresso before jumping in the pool outside. The dining table between the kitchen and living room has space for eight, a fantastic choice for an elegant island dinner party. An alfresco dining pavilion with a gas grill also seats up to eight guests, for those nights when you prefer to dine in the open air.

Bedrooms: There are 6 luxurious bedrooms at Villa Sea, each offering a tranquil and quiet place to recharge each evening.

There are five master bedrooms spread across two levels, with three on the main level and two more on the second level. All but one features an outdoor shower, an exotic way to wash off the salt and sand before bed. Two bedrooms on the first floor can also be configured to have two twins.

Each master suite also has spacious ensuite bathrooms with marble details, elegant furnishings, and private balconies with ocean views. The sixth and final bedroom is also on the second floor, featuring a day bed that’s ideal for kids.

Outdoor Features: Life is best lived outside at Villa Sea. Stepping out from the great room reveals the spacious pool terrace. There are cushioned loungers, sunbeds, and a hot tub, all overlooking the beach below. The stunning infinity pool seemingly blends into the sparkling ocean, a refreshing spot to cool off during the day.

A private staircase leads you down onto the velvety sands of Long Bay Beach. Beach attendants set up chairs and umbrellas for your comfort, and there’s also a shared beach boathouse with a bar. For dining out, the famous West End restaurants like Julians, Jacala, and Straw Hat Restaurant are within easy driving distance.

Amenities: Thoughtful luxuries help make your stay incredible. This non-smoking villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a gym, golf cart, paddleboard, and sea kayak. A continental breakfast is also included, served daily in the villa.

Sea Villa also comes with a professional staff, including an on-call concierge, daily housekeeping, and daily butler service (for 8 hours per day). House wine and beer are included at the beach bar.
