Villa Sea Dream, also known as PIE SDR, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Happy Bay within a short walk of the beach and restaurants, and minutes from shopping. Nestled in the hillside, this villa enjoys spectacular sunsets and ocean views.

The living area opens to the spacious covered terrace and view. The living room shares its space with a small dining area, which seats 4 guests, and a well-equipped kitchen. The covered terrace houses a cushioned lounge area with Rattan chairs and a sofa, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests.

One bedroom is located upstairs, while the other 2 bedrooms are situated downstairs. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The downstairs bedrooms open to the terrace and plunge pool. All 3 bedrooms have an interior access.

A deck with loungers and bright bougainvillea surrounds the plunge pool. At one end of the deck is a gazebo. This non-smoking property also comes with a barbecue, Internet access, an iPod docking station, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required.

Villa Sea Dream, or PIE SDR, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

    We had a great time in St. Martin! The villa was great. Delicious dinners in Grand Case every night, yummy French bakeries, and shopping in Marigot.

    We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was exactly as we expected. We thought the installations were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The service provided made us really feel like we were on vacation and didn’t have to worry!
