Villa Sandcastle, also known as AXA CAS, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Little Bay within steps of a small beach. This Tuscan-inspired, 10,000 sq. ft. villa on the north shore enjoys magnificent views of the ocean.

The large, air-conditioned great room with its adjoining dining area offers an ideal space for entertaining. A media room with a computer area is situated just off the great room. Additional areas for entertaining are located either outside around the infinity pool or at the gazebo with a wonderful view of the beach and sea beyond.

On the lower level are 2 bedrooms, each with views and ensuite bathrooms. Each air-conditioned bedroom has ceilings fans. On the second level is a fitness center and large master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower, and a large balcony with spectacular views. This wing also houses a junior master bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and large balcony overlooking the sea.

A deck with loungers frames the freshwater pool (a fence is available upon request). Adjacent to the pool is a gazebo with bar and barbecue. This villa also comes with cable TV, WiFi, iPod docking stations, beach accessories, a gas grill, 3 hammocks, and a Chevy Tahoe, (insurance and driver’s license at an additional cost). A credit card authorization form is required to cover incidentals (in lieu of a cash security deposit). The published rates do not include the 10% tax and 10% service fee.

Villa Sandcastle, or AXA CAS, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
