Villa Axel Rocks, also known as WV AXL, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa in Gustavia, located just a short walk from the beach and shopping. Set within a large property, this 2-story villa enjoys panoramic sea views and tropical breezes.

The interior is spacious and bright with high white ceilings, cool stone floors, and opulent white furnishings. The air-conditioned living room with a large cushioned sofa opens wide to the sea view. Adjacent to the sofa is a modern pool table (perfect for entertaining), a bar with stools, and a dining area with a table and seating for up to 10 guests. The spacious, gourmet kitchen features glass walls and 2 floor-to-ceiling wine refrigerators with ample storage.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a European king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, Apple TV, and U.S. and French satellite TV. The entrance is located on the upper level, which also houses 3 bedrooms, each with a private terrace and sweeping view. A spiral staircase descends to the main level and the fourth bedroom, which opens onto the pool terrace.

Located alongside the swimming pool is a sunken, swim-up bar. The wide stone terrace houses an outdoor dining area with a glass partition and sea views. Ample lounge seating adorns the pool terrace. This villa also comes with an electronic security gate, a gas grill, Sonos sound system, WiFi, and parking for 2 cars.

Villa Axel Rocks, or WV AXL, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

    The best visit to St. Bart’s we ever had. Axel Rocks could not be a more perfect villa—the decor, the location, the view, the staff—are top notch. The maids were excellent! It was harder to leave this year than it ever was.
