Designed by the local architect Ron Shaw, Sandy Bottom Villa was inspired by famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, featuring overhanging eaves, clean lines, and flowing, open plan living. Not only that, but it’s also powered entirely by solar panels – the first property in Providenciales to have adopted renewable energy.

Outside, privacy is ensured by a lush tropical garden surrounding the property. Sublime views over the ocean will entice you down to the sand, only steps away. A few minutes’ walk in the other direction takes you to Flamingo Lake, while shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive. All of this sets you up for a fabulous Caribbean vacation.

Living Spaces: Inside the first-level great room, natural light streams in through large glass windows and sliding doors. Incorporating the living room, dining area, and kitchen, this room features chic white-washed walls complemented by creamy greys and beige trim and furnishings. The result is an elegant mix of modern style with barefoot, beachy luxury.

Bedrooms: The master suite is located on the second floor, with a lavish king-sized bed and astounding panoramic views of the ocean and inland Turks and Caicos. Three more king suites are located on the first floor, with direct access to the pool terrace. Each is a tranquil and stylish space, featuring splashes of color and thoughtful island décor.

Sun loungers let you soak up the sun, while plush daybeds and swinging hammocks make for a great space to curl up in the shade with a good book. A dining table encourages alfresco meals under the starry sky, the nearby palm trees rustling in the breeze.

Down at the beach, guests will find a beach lounge and a furnished oceanfront fireplace, perfect for settling to watch the rosy island sunsets, wine in hand. The shimmering turquoise waters will tempt you in for a swim, while afternoon walks along the soft sand are divine.

Amenities: Every detail has been taken care of in the design of Villa Sandy Bottom. There’s fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, a study, air-conditioning, Cable TV, and a sound system that extends both indoors and out.

Villa Sandy Bottom is offered with a full time butler daily in the mornings at 8am. The butler does not live in house. The butler offers a light housekeeping service in the morning, can prepare basic meals upon request, offer a selection of cocktails.
