Villa Palmier Royal Seven is a contemporary, West Indies villa that’s spread across several pavilions. The design embraces the beautiful natural setting of St. Barts, bringing it in as a part of the interior design. Wooden walkways lead between each pavilion, inside which you’ll find meticulous attention to detail, elegant furnishings, and charming, old-world décor.
Nestled near the shoreline of Marigot Bay, Villa Palmier Royal Seven is a few minutes' walk from the pristine stretch of sand. Shops are a 10-minute drive away, and the enchanting town of St. Jean is 15 minutes by car.
Living Spaces: Blending indoors with the outdoors, the shared living spaces at Villa Palmier Royal Seven are all about embracing the island lifestyle. There are plenty of areas to relax in sun and shade, inside and out, with all paths eventually leading to a central main pavilion.
It’s here where you’ll find the large and plush living room, comfortably furnished and featuring a décor that effortlessly shows off an island character. It’s a blissful spot to kick back and chill out, with a beautiful chesterfield sofa and vaulted ceilings above capturing the dappled island light.
At the other end, a second luxurious sofa faces an entertainment cabinet, ideal for watching movies or nestling in with a good book.
Kitchen and Dining Room: Following a walkway from the living room brings you to a second pavilion, this one featuring a generous, gourmet kitchen. Spacious and well equipped, you’ll have no trouble preparing delicious meals during your stay.
A breakfast corner is a picturesque setting for a fresh coffee in the morning, which leads to an outdoor grilling kitchen that complements the alfresco dining area in the garden. A small indoor table also sits between the living room and the TV area in the main pavilion.
Bedrooms: The 7 bedrooms at Villa Palmier Royal Seven are spread across 5 separate pavilions.
On the lower level are two master suites, each in its own pavilion. Both come with a plush king-sized bed, dressing room, and an ensuite with a bathroom, shower, and outdoor bathtub and shower out the back. Identical private terraces out the front provide an intimate setting to relax and gaze out at the views over Marigot Bay.
Two smaller guest rooms are inside a separate pavilion at street level. Each room comes with a king-sized bed, dressing room, ensuite bathroom, and a cozy balcony.
Another guest room is situated in a separate bungalow halfway between the lower suites and the upper master bedrooms. This room comes with a king-sized bed, dressing, ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating.
The final pavilion is home to two children’s rooms. One has a bunk bed, while the other has a king-sized bed. Both come with an ensuite. All bedrooms enjoy flat-screen TVs with U.S satellite channels and access to Apple TV.
Outdoor Features: Wandering the walkways between pavilions, the lush garden is incredible, with alluring views down towards the striking turquoise waters of the bay.
In the center of the property, a large deck wraps around a heated infinity pool, with ample space for long days in sun and shade. An outdoor living area is inside a large, open pavilion, a decadent spot to gather with friends and family over a cool drink.
Within a few minutes, you could also be lounging on the powder-soft sands of Marigot Bay. The tranquil waters offer idyllic swimming and snorkeling, a tempting spot to spend an entire day.
