Villa Happy Bay, also known as SXM HAP, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Mt. Choisy within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping.

This fully air-conditioned villa on the northern coast enjoys unobstructed ocean views from its sun deck, gazebo, and heated infinity edge pool.

The interior spaces include a large air-conditioned living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, all opening to the pool deck. The media room has a large flat screen TV and cushioned sofas.

Each spacious bedroom has ocean views through large French windows, which open out to the pool terrace. Each bedroom also has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

A wooden deck with loungers frames the pool. At one end of the pool is a gazebo, which houses a cushioned lounge area. This house also has an electronic security gate, gas grill, satellite TV, and a washer and dryer.

Villa Happy Bay, or SXM HAP, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
