Villa La Pinta, also known as PIE LAP, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, this villa enjoys a partial ocean view from the pool.

The spacious living room is furnished with a cushioned sofa and chairs, and opens to the pool deck. The living room shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Both the living room and dining area opens to a covered terrace with a dining area, which comfortably seats 6 guests. A second living area with Rattan furnishings is also located on the terrace.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a plasma TV (no satellite) and ensuite bathroom with shower. While 3 bedrooms each have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. All of the bedrooms open to the pool and terrace. This villa can be combined with Villa PIE LAN for an additional 2 bedrooms.

A spacious deck with cushioned loungers and Rattan chairs surrounds the swimming pool. This fully air-conditioned villa also comes with a hammock, an automatic generator, a gas grill, Direct TV, a fax machine, and WiFi. Tennis courts are located between Villas PIE LAP and PIE LAN. These 2 houses share the use of them.

Villa La Pinta, or PIE LAP, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
