Villa Mumbai, also known as PIE MUM, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Beachfront/Cupecoy, St. Maarten within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping.

This fully air-conditioned beachfront house is located in a gated community.

The spacious great room comprises a living area, small indoor dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with barbecue. A second dining area with barbecue is located underneath the covered terrace. The living area is furnished with a sectional sofa, flat screen satellite TV, and an office nook with a Mac computer. The great room opens to the covered terrace.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and satellite TV. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while 2 bedrooms have king-size beds or twin beds.

A deck with loungers, cushioned chairs, and a hammock surrounds the pool, which is shaped like a nautilus shell with a raised section in the middle. The house also has a gated entry, washer, and WiFi.

Villa Mumbai, or PIE MUM, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
