Completely redesigned and renovated, Villa Casa Minotto was one of the original St. Barts “cases”, now a contemporary and stylish refuge on the cliffs of Pointe Milou. The interiors are earthy and warm, with wooden accents and rattan textures tempered with cool, Scandinavian-style furnishings.

Set in a lush garden on the cliffs of Pointe Milou, guests of Villa Casa Minotto can immerse themselves in the stunning views and ocean breezes. There are world-class beaches in either direction, while the buzzing town of St. Jean is a 10-minute drive, home to fantastic restaurants. 

Living Spaces: The layout of Villa Casa Minotto is delightful, with a central building surrounded by four bungalow bedrooms. The main room is the center of the action, combining the living area, dining room, and kitchen into one gorgeous space. The open-plan layout is inviting, with sliding doors that open to the outdoor terrace.  

The living room features extra-large sofas, ideal spots to sink in and relax during your stay. Stretching along two walls, there’s plenty of space to spread out, enjoy your morning coffee, or indulge in a lazy afternoon nap.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The stylish kitchen sits along the other side of the main room, with elegant wood cabinetry and matte-black counters. The sleek and minimalist style hides away the high-end appliances, keeping the space clean and uncluttered.

Between the kitchen and living room is a long, wooden dining table, the ideal spot for elegant meals in the villa. You could also whisk your plates outside, where a second table lets you pair your meal with the cool island air and the stunning views.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Casa Minotto, each inside a bungalow. Scattered across the property, this choice for the bedrooms means that guests can enjoy the maximum amount of privacy and quiet. Each bungalow is luxuriously furnished, with soft linens, TVs, and access to a private outdoor space.

The master bungalow is at the far end of the property. This spacious room enjoys a dressing room, a large ensuite with a shower that opens to the outside, and an outdoor seating area in the rear.

A second master sits above the first, with an indoor and outdoor shower, a kitchenette, and a large patio with seating.

The third bungalow is next to the second master, a smaller room that’s ideal for teenagers or staff. It is important to know that this bedroom has a very low bathroom ceiling, with a showerhead around 5’10" high. The fourth bungalow is closer to the main house, with a private outdoor garden with seating to enjoy.

All bungalows enjoy a plush, U.S. king-sized bed.

Outdoor Features: The main house opens to the large, covered terrace, a shady and cool spot to relax during the heat of the day. Next to the dining table is an outdoor living area, with comfortable benches lined with plush cushions. This semi-enclosed area has wooden louvers that can close off on winter days, creating a cozy and private atmosphere.

The extra-large, heated pool stretches all the way to a sunken open living area with wide benches and daybeds, which is a fabulous spot to sunbathe or take a nap during the day. As the sun starts to set, it’s also the ideal space to enjoy a cocktail with your entire party before dinner.

Over-sized, comfortable loungers are aligned with the pool along the deck with large umbrellas for some shade.
