Villa Alta Bella is a gated property, surrounded by beautiful and lush gardens – it doesn’t get much more private than this. With a location only a short drive away from the beaches at Sapodilla and Taylors Bay, this home will immerse you in the island’s natural beauty.

Living Spaces: Inside, the gorgeous and elegant living spaces are spread out over 3,700 square feet. There’s plenty of space to come together as a group, and quiet nooks for some solitude.

In the living room on the upper level, soft and contemporary furnishings ensure your comfort. Spacious and airy, sliding wall-to-wall glass windows let you bask in the natural light and fresh breeze, all while enjoying those breathtaking views. A flat-screen TV also provides some indoor entertainment.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Villa Alta Bella was built for entertaining. On top of the spacious kitchen with its high-end appliances, there’s also a 55” TV, island seating, and the villa’s dining table with space for 12 guests.

Custom-built cabinetry and quartz counters make this an inspiring spot to cook with local flavors. To make things easy, the concierge can even organize a grocery pre-stocking or delivery. And for a night off, why not let us do all the work and organize a catered meal or private chef?

Bedrooms: Alta Bella Villa has 6 stunning bedrooms that capture the magical beauty of Turks and Caicos. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs, making them the ideal place to recharge each evening.

The spacious master suite features sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony with astounding views over the sparkling waters. Three more luxurious bedrooms are also on this level: one king-sized room with an ensuite bath and two smaller queen bedrooms with a shared bath.

A fifth bedroom is on the pool level just below with its "Jack & Jill" ensuite bathroom (designed to be used by pool-goers too). A sixth bedroom, with ensuite bath and small kitchen, is at the water level, just 20' from Chalk Sound. (Please note that bedrooms 5 and 6 have outside access only, so are best suited for older kids, teens, or adults).

Outdoor Features: On the upper level of Villa Alta Bella, a luxurious outside living room enjoys fantastic panoramic views of Chalk Sound. Soft sofas and armchairs make this a fantastic place to gather for your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail soiree.

Down on the pool level, there’s another shaded lounge area for relaxing. The swimming pool is an inviting spot to lounge away the day, dipping in the refreshing water between sunbathing sessions on the loungers. At dusk, guests of the villa are treated to incredible sunsets, while after dark the custom LED pool lights will encourage you to keep the party going.

Days out on the water are easy, with stairs leading you to the shores of Chalk Sound. Filled with uninhabited cays and rocky islands, you could easily spend your entire vacation swimming, kitesurfing, snorkeling, and exploring here.

For days on the beach, Villa Alta Bella is a short 3-minute drive to either Taylors Beach or Sapodilla Bay. The popular restaurant Las Brisas is also near the beaches, offering delicious cuisine on the waterfront. The world-famous Grace Bay is a 10-minute drive, offering world-class shopping, dining, and nightlife.
