Apartment Privilege, also known as WV PVL is a luxurious, 3-bedroom apartment in a new building,
offering gorgeous views of the Gustavia harbor.
While Gustavia offers many small apartments, there have been too few larger, and more luxurious apartments.

Privilege is situated in the new Mardix apartment complex on the southwest side of the Harbor. The building also has a large, private, and secured, underground garage with ample parking and an elevator. The large terrace of WV PVL comes with a pool and offers excellent and lively views over the harbor and streets of Gustavia.
The spacious, fully air-conditioned apartment with its modern classic decor, has a large main room including a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and the living room, which has comfortable seating and a large screen that offers both U.S. and French satellite, and AppleTV. The master bedroom, situated next to the terrace with harbor views has a U.S. king-sized bed, large, his-and-hers closets, U.S. satellite and Netflix, and a bright, ensuite bathroom with shower. The two guest rooms are situated in the back of the living room and have city views. Each has a U.S. king-sized bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Apartment Privilege is an excellent choice for those who like to be within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops, without having to worry about parking. Shell Beach is also just a short walk.
