Have your morning coffee on the Atlantic side terrace with the sunrise. The Caribbean side offers a spacious deck with a heated pool cascading down into the lower-level pool. The bench in the upper pool is perfect for sipping your sunset cocktails and taking in the breathtaking panorama. The terrace offers sun and shade as well as abundant living and dining options.
The house has a spacious living room open to both the Caribbean and Atlantic side terraces, a formal dining area as well as a separate TV room, and a new contemporary kitchen. The main house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite baths and a patio that opens to the sea. Adjacent to the main house is a very spacious air-conditioned guest house with an ensuite bath along with a sitting and coffee area, as well as a private deck overlooking the Atlantic.
