Villa Coral Reef, also known as CM COR, is a 7-bedroom villa located on Seven Mile Beach within steps of the beach and a short walk to beachfront eateries, bars, spas, shopping and more. This spacious, completely renovated beachfront villa enjoys panoramic sea views.

The living areas enjoy sunlight and sea views through large, picture windows. The expansive gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, Thermador & Breville appliances and a centre island with seating. An extra fridge, ice machine, sink and prep space are located outside at the wet bar next to the pool.

Three bedrooms provide sea views and sliding-door access to tropical outdoor spaces. The large game room with a ping-pong table, billiards and 70-inch flat screen TV, also has spillover bedding to accommodate additional guests. With 2 queen-size beds in the loft, 2 Murphy beds, a daybed and trundle and full bathroom in the game room, the estate can comfortably sleep 18 guests.

A large balcony with a beach view spans the second floor. A covered deck houses the large, shaded freshwater swimming pool and adjacent Jacuzzi. Lounges provide an ideal place for sunbathing, while nearby plush cabanas offer a shady spot to escape the sun.

This villa also comes with a Sonos sound system with speakers inside and out, a grill, WiFi, board games, a dartboard, books, a highchair and crib, 2 booster car seats, paddleboards, floats, snorkeling gear and a laundry room. The property manager lives on the premises in a separate apartment.

Villa Coral Reef, or CM COR, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
