-ft. villa commands a vast and beautiful view over the Half Moon Robert Trent Jones golf course and ocean beyond.

The spacious family room on the main level features ample seating, a 52-inch TV, a pool table that converts to a ping-pong table and a well-stocked bar. The family room and bar opens to the veranda. The 900-sq.-ft. covered balcony has a large dining area, which comfortably seats 16 guests.

Along the hallway are 5 bedrooms, all with brightly tiled, newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. Two downstairs bedrooms adjoin for a child-parent suite. One bathroom was recently enlarged to create a luxurious outdoor shower. The 2 master bedrooms on the upper level open to the spacious upstairs living room, which is furnished with a 52-inch TV. Each bedroom also has French doors, which open to the long, furnished veranda.

The heated, 28-ft. long pool features a unique shallow section. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor shower, 32-jet hot tub, and large lawn. The gym has both cardio and strength training equipment, while the gazebo houses a wet bar, fridge, and barbecue grill.

This villa also comes with a games room with air hockey, foosball, and more; a crib and highchair; fax machine and computer; an iPod docking station; and WiFi. Guests receive membership to the Half Moon Golf, Tennis, and Beach Club. Two additional golf courses are also located nearby.

Villa Fairway Manor, or VL FAM, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
