Villa Oceania, also known as DR OCN is a 6-bedroom villa in Punta Cana, located just steps from a private boat dock. Designed by a famous Venezuelan architect, Villa DR OCN offers stunning ocean views beyond swaying palm trees.

The airy and spacious interior features high ceilings and modern furnishings. Natural stone and wood details adorn the indoor and outdoor living areas. The large indoor dining room provides seating for up to 12 guests underneath 2 chandeliers. The kitchen is well equipped, while the 2 separate TV rooms offer ample seating.

Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV with cable services, a living area with a sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The 2 master bedrooms have king-size beds, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 queen-size beds. A 6th bedroom was recently added on the second floor with 2 full beds and ensuite bathroom.

A deck with loungers surrounds the private swimming pool. A sandy area near the dock leads directly to the water. This villa also comes with a Jacuzzi, WiFi, a well-equipped gym, and 2 kayaks. Horseback riding, golf, tennis, and other services are available for additional costs.

Villa Oceania, or DR OCN, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
