Villa Palmier Royal Estate, also known as WV EPR is a large compound, consisting of 2 large villas with a total of 11 bedrooms, 3 pools and direct water access to the protected bay of Marigot.

WV EPR is not just a villa, it's a statement and the epitome of luxury. With fitness and massage rooms, 2 gourmet kitchens and a beautiful terrace just above the water which allows access the water for swimming, or to explore the nature reserve that is Marigot Bay on a paddleboard or canoe.

The estate consists of 2 separate villas with annexes, built in a contemporary West Indies style and are all connected by wooden walkways adorned by the tropical gardens. One villa has 6 bedrooms, of which 2 are full masters, 2 guest rooms and 2 children’s rooms, the other has 7 bedrooms, 2 are master suites, 3 master/guest rooms and 2 children’s rooms, for a total of 11 bedrooms. Gorgeous views can be enjoyed from almost every corner of the estate and are arguably amongst the best views of Marigot Bay.

The first villa has a large, air-conditioned main room consisting of a gourmet kitchen, a living area and a loft/TV area for kids. A large, heated pool is the center piece of the spacious terrace along with a pool house and covered dining area. Comfortable seating underneath a gazebo allows you to enjoy the breezes and views, while in the shade.

The 2 master bedrooms are accessed from the covered terrace. Each has a European king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, dressing area, U.S. satellite and Apple TV. Directly below the 2 master bedrooms are 2 bedrooms for children, each sleeps 3 children with a bunkbed and a separate bed. The boy’s room has an ensuite bathroom with shower and the girl’s room has a shower and bathtub.

All the way down the path is a large deck, just above the water with direct access to the protected bay, where turtles swim freely. There's ample seating on the deck, with loungers and a large table for waterfront dining.

The second villa is just a few steps above the main level of the first. This villa includes a large fitness room with bathroom and massage room. On the main level are two separate bungalows that are fully air-conditioned. The first is the spacious living room with comfortable seating and the second is a large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast corner and a large grilling area outside with covered dining. The deck ends in a heated infinity pool and a separate gazebo.

The bedrooms of the 2nd villa are in 5 separate pavilions. 2 master suites are on the lowest level, each in a separate bungalow. Both come with a U.S. king-sized bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower and bathtub. A cozy balcony out front is perfect to enjoy the view. 2 smaller master/guest rooms are situated in a separate pavilion at street level and separated by a common area. Each room has a U.S. king-sized bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. In a separate bungalow, mid-level, is an additional guest room with a U.S. king-sized bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. 2 children’s rooms are in a separate pavilion. One has a bunkbed, while the other has 2 small twins that can be pushed together. Each room has ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms in this villa have U.S. satellite and Apple TV.

This full-service estate that comes with a full-time chef (food not included), waitresses/butlers and 2 maids that provide turndown service. Water, soft drinks and beer are provided. Villa WV EPR is an excellent choice for a family vacation, several families vacationing together or a corporate stay.

We had an incredible time in St. Barths! The service provided by WIMCO’s team was perfect. It was all so wonderful! We loved hiking to all the different beaches, and the bakery Le Petit Colombe was my favorite for a delicious French pastry.

We had an amazing time in St Barths! The view was better than we could have imagined, a picture cannot capture the beauty. Truly spectacular! We visited several beaches but our favorite was Gouverneur, nice and sunny and so very peaceful. We enjoyed every meal, but our favorites were Maya's and Sante Fe. We visited the bakery near our villa almost every morning for coffee and breakfast. Thanks for a great villa recommendation and assistance booking our trip. We will definitely return and wouldn't think of working with anyone other than WIMCO!

It was great, we loved our villa and the location on St. Barths. Highlights were Orega for our last dinner, dinner at the renovated Le Toiny Restaurant, Le Tamarin for lunch, and dinner at Les Bananiers twice. It continues to impress us with the quality of the food. Best weather we ever had! We will always want to return, it’s our favorite place. Thank you again for your help!

We have been to St. Barths nine times. This time, our favorite restaurant by far was Tamarin. The ambience is spectacular, the food was excellent, and the cocktails were great and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. Our all time favorite is La Petite Colombe for baguettes and out of this world pastries!

We loved the island of St. Barths. We drove the whole island, the beaches are beautiful and the food was exceptional at most of the restaurants. Our favorite was La Langouste for the food-value, proximity and ultra-casual atmosphere. We also liked hanging around the villa, but we're kind of homebodies like that. The WIMCO people in Gustavia were wonderful and helpful. The villa was marvelous, well maintained and clean. We liked the local bakery. I have never eaten such luscious pastries and pain au chocolate in my life. We went to seven beaches, Lorient Beach had lots of coral and fish. St Barths has some of the wildest fun I've ever seen. Crazy fun! We will be in touch again in the future, I'm certain.

The island is as beautiful as 25 years ago. The uncrowded beaches are still spectacular. Our dining choices were great, even though a restaurant we booked had not reopened. We’ll catch it next time! St. Barths was fabulous! The location was perfect and the villa was lovely with a comfortable interior. I got to explore areas I had never been to before on the island! I will go back there again next year. I had wonderful meals (including at Le Langouste where I had never been before).
