Welcome to Villa Seaweed (booking code: WV SEA), a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in the Pointe Milou neighborhood with two beaches only a short drive away. Perched at the top of the ridge that crowns Pointe Milou, this villa striking contemporary villa features stunning panoramic views of the Caribbean and a collection of islands just offshore.

Whether it’s an early morning sunrise or a burning gold sunset, the outdoor living spaces at Villa Seaweed offer the best seat in the house. Inside, a beautiful design and luxurious furnishings make for a relaxing stay on St. Barts.

The golden sands of Lorient and Marigot beaches are just a short drive away, while the elegant village of St-Jean is a 10-minute drive. All in all, this is a sophisticated choice for a Caribbean getaway.

Living Spaces: Entering Villa Seaweed reveals a beautiful open-plan design, with partitions separating the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The entire west-facing wall opens to the outdoors, providing stunning views of the nearby islands Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme, with St Martin and Anguilla in the distance.

The living room is a comfortable and quiet place to unwind. Large white sofas are a nice spot for a cup of coffee, afternoon nap, or a movie night, while a small library is a great addition for book lovers.

Kitchen and Dining Area: Next to the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen and pantry. Light, airy, and spacious, cooking here is a pleasure. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

Between the kitchen and living room is Villa Seaweed’s dining area, where an elegant table comfortably seats 10 guests. It’s a stylish place for a gourmet dinner.

For those who prefer alfresco dining, whisking your plate outside reveals two more areas where you can host a meal. A poolside dining table has space for 6, letting you pair your meal with stunning views towards the west. Around the corner is a low-lying concrete table with lounge seating next to the villa’s gas grill and wet bar.

Bedrooms: The 2 bedrooms are in a separate building next to the main house, separated by a stylish breezeway featuring tranquil koi ponds.

Each room features a plush king-sized bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Both bedrooms also have beautiful ocean views and a private terrace, letting you wake up to the glimmering water each morning.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside, guests are greeted by the three-tiered swimming pool. Spending your days soaking in the water is exactly what the island life is all about.

A teak sundeck surrounds the pool, dotted with loungers and lined with colorful bougainvillea blossoms. From the manicured lawn you can also enjoy views towards the east, where Tortue Island sits in the middle of the turquoise sea.

For days on the beach, Lorient Beach is a 5-minute drive. This protected bay features a stunning coral reef brimming with marine life. For something quieter, Marigot Bay Beach is an under-the-radar strip of sand 5 minutes in the other direction.

Villa Seaweed comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow children or pets. Awesome space and layout. Loved the fact that we had sunrise on the bedroom side and sunset on the living room and pool side. The kitchen and BBQ area are really nice for evening meal prep.The layout is completely private.

Private, great bose stereo system with four zones for great music at the pool. A west facing villa made bearable in PM by the addition of automatic shades, which is a very nice addition.
