In this paradise, St. Barths, there are many wonderful hotels. I stayed in one of them the last time I was on the island 5 years ago. This time, we stayed in a village. WE LOVED IT! When I return to St. Barths (I want to go again on New Year’s Eve since I loved it so much), I want to experience staying in the villa again.
Did you know there are more villas for rent than in hotels? I completely understand why. It’s so nice to have the space and privacy of a villa, but with hotel service. We stayed in Villa Fabrizia, one of the many villas managed by WIMCO Villas, the largest rental company in St. Barths. There are 8 beautiful and spacious suites … all with outside showers. I loved the idea of taking a shower outdoors while watching the sky! I did this every day!!!!
WIMCO Villas also have hotel service. Every morning, a person comes to tidy up, leaving everything spotless, with shampoo and all! And, they also leave breakfast! Same as in a hotel!
A concierge is available 24 hours for any need you may have … food, an adapter, appointment. WIMCO also provided us with our super mini coopers, and that was how we got around the island, too!
