Villa Cocomaya, also known as BGI COC, is a 5-bedroom villa located in the Apes Hill Polo Club. Overlooking the polo club’s golf course, Villa BGI COC enjoys spectacular views of the fairway.

The spacious interior features predominately neutral décor. The large living area with cushioned furnishings opens wide to a covered terrace and view beyond. The well-equipped kitchen offers a central cooking island and a breakfast table with seating for up to 6 guests, while the large covered terrace houses a furnished outdoor dining and living area.

Villa BGI COC can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a balcony or terrace. The master bedroom also features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, dressing and living area, and a private furnished balcony. Two guest bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed or twin beds.

A long deck with loungers frames the infinity swimming pool, which enjoys a view of the golf course. A gazebo houses a second outdoor lounge area with cushioned furnishings. This non-smoking property also comes with air conditioning, Apple TV, a barbecue, safe, parking, a wine fridge, washer and dryer, and WiFi. Guests also receive access to a fitness facility.

Villa Cocomaya, or BGI COC, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
