Villa Delfina, also known as MAS DEL, is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in North Shore within minutes of the beach and shopping. This fully screened villa has central air-conditioning.

The living and dining areas have large, disappearing glass sliders, which open to a circular patio with cushioned wicker chairs and ottomans. A gourmet kitchen with granite counters adjoins the dining area, which seats 14 guests. French doors lead to a barbecue area with a gas grill and a hand-painted Italian stone dining table with umbrella. An alcove off the kitchen offers a desk with a computer, a pantry, a laundry room, and stairs leading to a powder room.

On the lower level is a pool table, a large circular wet bar, mini-fridge, and a full bathroom with a shower. Screened pocket doors open to a wraparound balcony. The nearby media room has comfortable seating and a 50-inch flat screen TV. Next to the media room is another entertainment alcove, which has an Xbox, pinball machine, and more. This room also has a double-twin trundle bed and a queen-size sofa bed, making this ideal for kids.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tiled outdoor shower, a mini-fridge, and a private covered balcony overlooking the bay. The master bedroom has a sitting area and 4-poster king-size bed on a rosewood floor. The master bathroom features an onyx countertop, 2 travertine stone sinks, and a walk-in closet. An open-air sitting area, bordered by gardens and a small lawn, connects 2 other bedrooms on a separate level. One bedroom has a 4-poster queen-size bed, while the other suite has a king-size bed.

Small stairs lead down to the pool, which overlooks Peter Bay. On the opposite side of the pool is a shaded wet bar with icemaker, mini-fridge, chaise lounges, a powder room, and a small lawn area with palm trees and a hammock. The hot tub is secluded by palms, but still overlooks the sea view.

This non-smoking property also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, an automatic generator, beach accessories, an electronic gate, and satellite TV. Guests receive a welcome basket upon arrival. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay year-round (10-night stay during Christmas and New Year holidays), and a refundable $1,000 security deposit.

Villa Delfina, or MAS DEL, comes with house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for detail. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
