Villa Lidija House at The Pearls, also known as TC LH, is a 7-bedroom villa on Long Bay Beach, located just steps from the sand. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, this beachfront house enjoys stunning sunsets and ocean views.

The interior features predominantly white décor. The spacious living room offers contemporary furnishings and sliding wall-to-wall glass windows, which open to ocean breezes and views. The interior kitchen is well equipped, while the cinema room is ideal for entertaining with a popcorn machine, fridge, Apple TV, and cinema-style seating for up to 10 guests.

Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a ceiling fan, Apple TV with Netflix, a mini fridge, safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The spacious master suite has sliding glass doors, which open to a balcony.

The exterior features two decks, each with an outdoor dining area, a covered kitchen, pool, shared al fresco massage area and waterfall. The front deck has a long plank bridge, which spans the infinity pool. Located nearby is a Jacuzzi and children’s pool. A wooden path leads to the beach with loungers, patio beds, and a canopy bed.

Villa TC LH is perfect for entertaining with custom lighting, a sound system, and speakers. This non-smoking villa also comes with a barbecue, beach towels and an umbrella, cable TV, paddleboard, kayak, parking, a playground, bar, washer and dryer, WiFi, and metered air-conditioning. Guests receive access to a shared tennis court, basketball hoop, steam room, and a well-equipped gym.

Villa Lidija House, or TC LH, comes with mid-week house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
