Overview: In the mood for Italian? Then head over to Baci to enjoy a taste of Italy. Tips and FAQ for Dining Out in Turks and Caicos

The U.S. dollar is the official currency of the Turks & Caicos. So, yes, they do take dollars.

Tipping is similar as in the U.S., about 15% - 18% for good service, 20% for excellent service. But be aware that some restaurants in the Turks & Caicos do add an extra service charge automatically to their bills. If you notice such a charge, but you believe that the service you received was excellent and warrants it, feel free to add a supplemental tip to the service charge.

Although there are a number of choices for a romantic getaway in the Turks and Caicos, some of the most recommended include Coco Bistro, Infiniti Restaurant & Raw Bar, Bay Bistro, and Grace's Cottage. Also inquire at Indigo about dining on a private "floating island" in the middle of their beautiful pool.
