Nestled in a half-acre of tropical gardens, this villa enjoys sublime views of the Caicos Banks and Taylor Bay. Inside, terracotta floors, wood-paneled walls, and vaulted ceilings create a vibrant beach-house feel.

Nearby, you’ll have everything you need for your vacation in Turks and Caicos, from local restaurants to grocery stores to watersports rentals shops.

Living Spaces: Stepping inside Mariposa Villa reveals an open-plan great room, with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and ocean-inspired décor. This space contains the living area, dining room, and kitchen.

The airy living room acts as a comfortable gathering place, ideal for everything from a morning coffee to a family movie night. Plush wicker sofas are ideal to sink into at the end of a long day exploring Provo.

There are also two armchairs with footrests by the large windows, where you can enjoy fabulous views. Overlooking the ocean below, this is a peaceful place to unwind with a crisp glass of wine.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa Mariposa features a well-equipped kitchen, a great space to create gourmet meals with local flavors. Our concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for special occasions, your own private chef.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar, an ideal perch for casual cups of coffee in the morning. The dining room features a table that can seat six people, and looks out over the pool to the ocean beyond. Alfresco dining in the warm island air is also available at a poolside table; pairing your meal with the rosy island sunset is a great way to enjoy this slice of paradise.

Bedrooms: There are 3 ensuite bedrooms at Villa Mariposa. Splashes of ocean color mirror the water outside, while windows open to the gentle island breezes. Each room is a relaxing space to retreat to at the end of each day.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom comes with a queen. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds, making it ideal for children. Metered air-conditioning is available in each bedroom for an extra charge.

Outdoor Features: Outside, a large, shaded terrace has a dining area for alfresco meals and a comfortable lounge area. Steps lead down onto the stone terrace surrounding the refreshing infinity pool – you could relax here all day long.

Sunbeds and another lounge area surround the pool with incredible views over the water. A wooden stair delivers you onto the villa’s sea-level deck, where you can dive into the turquoise sea or cast off in a kayak.

Only a 2-minute walk from Villa Mariposa is the stunning Taylor Bay Beach. The shimmering waters here are calm and tranquil, while the powder-soft sand is perfect for enjoying a romantic sunset stroll. Also nearby is Chalk Sound National Park, a striking lagoon studded with island cays home to Turks and Caicos rock iguanas.

Amenities: Thoughtful details at Villa Mariposa help elevate your stay in Turks and Caicos. The house also has flat-screen TVs, a sound system, an iPod docking station, and a washer and dryer.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Please note that guests booking fewer than three bedrooms who use the unbooked rooms are charged $250 per room for cleaning.

    We had a great time in the Turks and Caicos. It was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The location of the house was fantastic. We spent time in the main room and the outdoor space was very inviting. The views were spectacular.
