La Semaine du Goût....Restaurant Week!
Participating restaurants will prepare exciting prix fixe menus that feature classic French dishes using fresh local ingredients. French wines will be paired with each dish to create a harmony of taste sensations. Several restaurants will also have live music at night, or cooking demonstration during the day.

Religious holiday. In St. Barth the cemeteries, which are normally kept in impeccable condition, are spiffed to a higher degree of beauty and cleanliness. Island residents begin gathering in the five cemeteries at dusk to light candles and socialize in celebration of the lives of loved ones buried there.
