St Barts Restaurants

St. Barths is well-known for being the playground of the rich and famous. So, it's not surprising that this island's cuisine is of rock-star level. U.S. News and Travel named it one of the top Caribbean Islands for Foodies.

Frommers Travel Guides said: St. Barths culinary scene is comparable to dining on the French Riviera (but, of course, with a distinctive Caribbean twist).

WIMCO is the leading villa rental company on St Barts, and as such, we make thousands of reservations a year in the top restaurants in St Barts, and know them all intimately. Please let us know if we can make a reservation for you, or answer any questions.

And that is exactly what you can do at Lil Rock, which is located on St. Jean Beach. This restaurant specializes in grilled fish -- the lobster is highly recommended -- that's been accented with Caribbean and French flavors.

Santa Fe

Santa Fe presents diners with a bit of a dilemma -- you can enjoy the restaurant's romantic setting for dinner or to go for lunch, and fully take in the sweeping views of the sea and St. Barth's neighboring islands. Fortunately, both are winning propositions, since the food and the views at Santa Fe are equally impressive and Instagram-worthy. This restaurant -- which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary -- serves French-Creole cuisine and seafood (make sure to try the octopus or the grilled lobster!) that is simply sublime.
