Grand Cul de Sac Beach, St. Barts

Lying on St Barts northern shore, Grand Cul de Sac beach is another must-see St. Barts beachfront.

Its shallow, sheltered waters accommodate everything from family swims to top-notch windsurfing and kite boarding. In addition, popular restaurants lie right along the dazzling sands.

Location: A narrow beach lines the Anse de Grand-Cul-de-Sac bay along St. Barts’ northeastern coast’s central section. Fringing headlands separate it from Anse de Marigot (west) and Anse du Petit Cul-de-Sac (east). Grand Cul de Sac beach awaits just east of Marigot, and less than 10 minutes from the village of St Jean.

Why it's unique: The coastline’s curves and buffering reef create a sheltered aquatic playground off Grand Cul de Sac Beach St. Barts. Most of the bay is shallow, making it a fine choice for families with young children.
