The Estates at Moskito Island are the newest jewels in the Caribbean and one of the most exclusive private islands in the world. Sprawled across 125 acres, Moskito Island offers a one-of-a-kind experience in the most secluded unspoiled setting in the British Virgin Islands.

The Estates at Moskito Island consists of the Branson Estate, Point Estate and Oasis Estate and can be rented separately.

Branson Estate – is an impressive three-villa estate with eleven guest rooms and sleeps 22. Headland House has 3 bedrooms, Beach Villa has 4 bedrooms and Mangrove Villa has 4 bedrooms.

Each villa has its own unique master suite, all with sweeping sea views, and two even boast a separate nursery. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms (some with outside showers) and private terraces with sun loungers.

All areas of Headland House are accessible by elevator.

Pointe Estate - situated at the edge of the island, it’s the only estate with a kids’ bunk room and offers direct beach access and sleeps 14 adults and 8 children.

The standalone guest houses have either one or two bedrooms connected via a comfy shared lounge. All the guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms and large private terraces with loungers, some even have outdoor baths and showers.

There are two magnificent master suites, with spectacular sea views but located at opposite ends of the estate – one at the highest point and the other on the lower edge of the cliff. Each has a separate lounge, impressive outdoor terrace and the option of an indoor or outdoor shower.

The five additional guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms, private terrace with sun loungers, and some share a relaxing lounge area. Two rooms even have a beautiful outdoor bath.

The bunkroom has four large sized bunk beds, and is a great area for teenagers, located adjacent to the estate’s main entertainment room.

It also comes with an oversized communal area for entertaining, as well as a contemporary kitchen and bar. Plus, a massive pool with 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea.

Oasis Estate - sits on the highest point of Moskito Island. The modern, four-story main house comes with transparent split-level terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and multiple bars including a swim-three unique poolside pods have direct access to the beautiful wraparound infinity pool and sleeps up to 18 persons. There are five further luxurious guest bedrooms in the Main House all of which have a spacious terrace, separate living area, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

The Master Suite is a real showstopper, complete with retracting glass walls, 270-degree views, a spacious living area and a stunning outdoor bath and shower looking out to sea. The vast wraparound private deck is adorned with loungers, a dining table and seating areas.

The rooms in the main house have a private deck with loungers, an ensuite bathroom (some have outdoor showers), a separate living area and a small kitchenette. Two of the rooms on the corner of the building are even more spacious and also have their own expansive outdoor seating area.

Just a short walk from the main house you'll find three secluded poolside pods, surrounded by decking that leads directly into the pool. These rooms are privacy personified with spacious bathrooms, outdoor showers, a separate living area and small kitchenette.

There are multiple bars including a swim-up pool bar, billiards and movie room and rooftop deck.

Every element of your stay can be hyper personalized, and that includes delectable tailor-made menus to suit any special dietary needs or preferences. Before you even set foot on island, your resident private chef will be on hand to plan every detail and the most mouth watering of menu.
